The subject of this contract is the traction energy and low voltage power supply works for line T1 of the urban transport network of the Greater Nancy Metropolis (Mgn). There is no intention of breaking it down into batches. The Contracting Authority Decided Not to Launch the Consultation in Separate Lotsres because the services forming the subject of the contract cannot be allocated. The Procurement Procedure Used Is Open Call for Tenders. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code. No Variations Allowed.
