The Nederlandse Spoorwegen (hereafter: Dutch Railways or ‘NS-) intends to start a European tender for an adaptive online learning platform (or hereafter also: ‘ALSP-) used to quickly and efficiently learn, practice, test, and maintain study materials. As a prelude to this tender the NS initiated to research the possibilities available in the market in the field of adaptive learning solutions in conformity with NS-s wishes and demands. Or the possibilities in development and/or innovation in this field. This document contains: The background of NS and the ALSP; The aim of the market dialogue; The process of the market dialogue; The available information; The planning and it-s phases; The specific questions to operators in the market; The exchange of information, conclusion of the market dialogue and the continuation.
