The Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) has received financing from the World Bank (WB) and Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) toward the cost of the Metro Manila Flood Management Project - Phase I (MMFMP) and it intends to apply part of the proceeds for hiring an individual consultant that will serve as an Additional Project Management Specialist (PMS) for the project.

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) now calls for the submission of Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for the procurement of an Additional Project Management Specialist (PMS) who shall work hand in hand with the current PMS to oversee and manage the overall technical, administrative, and document control of the project in consultation with the MMDA Project Management Office (PMO).
