Rationale:
During the construction phase of the Water Tank and Deep well water supply system, it was discovered
that there is a need to install a UPVC Sure-Loc pipe riser instead of a butt-welded HDPE pipe for ease of repair
and maintenance, convenience of replacement, and workability for future improvements. We will also be
installing a waterproof submersible electrical wire intended for deep well water system use. This will be
implemented while Deep well drilling is still ongoing for streamlined activity.
