The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region-s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Proposal. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The primary responsibilities of the Supplier under the Contract shall be selling to national, regional and local advertisers the opportunity to advertise on the YRT bus fleet, installing, maintaining and removing the advertising in a timely fashion, performing all sales and administrative aspects of the contracts with Advertisers at no cost to the Region, establishing and maintaining an adequately staffed and active sales office, on its own premises.For complete bid details, refer to the RFP documents.MEETING: For details regarding the site visit /information meeting, refer to the “Meeting Details” section below.
