NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE SOLE SOURCE AWARD





This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 5.101 requiring dissemination of information for proposed contract actions. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract and is not a request for competitive quotes/proposals.



The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on behalf of the Office of Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity (FHEO), intends to negotiate with Othering and Belonging Institute, University of California, 460 Stephens Hall, Berkeley CA 94720 MC 2330 on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR Subpart 6.302-1- Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to procure Geospatial Segregation and Integration Data and Project Management and Support Services for the Office of Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity.



The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development intends to issue a five year (one 12-month base year; and four 12-month option years); firm fixed price; sole source award contract to Othering and Belonging Institute, University of California, a large business.
