In this context, EUROCONTROL is looking to partner with a company to conduct a comprehensive Agency Staff Satisfaction Survey. This survey will involve over 2000 staff members across four Agency sites. The survey will assess various aspects of the work environment, including diversity and inclusion, well-being, psychosocial risks, engagement, and understanding of the recent administrative reform. The feedback from this survey will inform action plans and decisions aimed at boosting staff engagement and satisfaction. Key objectives of the survey initiative are to understand staff satisfaction, enhancing dialogue between management and staff regarding factors critical to engagement and satisfaction, provide input to the AllOnBoard program, empower Agency-business areas to address specific needs, and involve staff in shaping their work culture. This procurement process aims to secure a service contract for overseeing the staff satisfaction survey. The main tasks include designing, developing, and administering the survey online, creating reports, and presenting results at Agency and Directorate level.
