Supplier must have the specified certifications and licenses:

1. Certification of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) issued by the Civil Aeronautics Board

2. Fertilizer and Pesticide Authority-licensed Drone Spraying Operator (DSO)

3. Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) registered in the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP)

*pertaining to the drone unit

4. Remotely Piloted Aircraft System (RPAS) Operator-s Certificate (for Agriculture)

*certificate issued by CAAP

5. Drone provider will shoulder the transportation of both equipment and personnel during the whole span of the activity

6. Provider must have a Landbank Account named after their company

*first drone application in July - Urea

*second drone application in August - Foliar Spray
