Tenders are invited for T709-710GD AI Ready Multi Mission and Multi Asset Archiving (AIMA) (ExPRO+).

Several smaller ESA missions will be operated by a variety of operators spread all over Europe. This imposes challenges wrt. a consolidated approach to handle operational data. Significant benefits can be achieved by tackling this issue from the beginning of the design. Furthermore within a Ground Segment, each system implements its own archive for storing state data and logs (Ground Stations, Monitoring and Control, Flight Dynamics data, Payload Data Segment, Mission Planning Systems etc...) It would be very beneficial if all data types, independently on their source, are stored in a single Data Lake, also including data from pre-launch Assembly, Integration and Validation (AIV) activities and subsystem engineering. Providing a single access point to this data, along with a lightweight semantic level definition of their meaning, enabling cross-domainArtificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms to efficiently operate on a larger big-data pool.This activity addresses technical analysis of providing a common archiving solution as a service decoupled from the system which generates the stored operational data and enabling intelligent access' to this data serving the needs of advanced (e.g. AI-based) applications.Read more.
