Attached is the DRAFT Solicitation N6883624R0003 and the relevant attachments (attachments 2, 3, and 5) for Air Terminal Ground Handling Services at NSGB.1 and 4 will be provided with the final solicitation. Interested Offerors are encouraged to submit any questions in accordance with the below instruction.
