Tenders are invited for Aircraft Technical Records Review Consultancy Service

Job Role
• Prior to submission for Lessor-s review, execution of Lessee-s internal review of all redelivery
records and documentation of seven aircraft return projects as per applicable lease return
conditions. SriLankan Airlines Engineering will return three A330-200 aircraft (age more than 20
years) and four A320 family aircraft (age 10-15 years) in 2023 and 2024. Project duration will be
from November 2022 to February 2024.
• Cooperate with SLA redelivery team to make records and documentation related corrections if
any.
• Assist SLA redelivery team to present redelivery records and documentation to Lessor-s review
until the complete acceptance of the same.
• Review records as per the records check list as per IATA Guidance Material and Best Practices
for Aircraft Leases / 4th Edition / May 2017 and any other specifically referred redelivery
records or documentation in the applicable lease return conditions of the aircraft lease
agreements.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor-s Degree in engineering from a relevant field (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical,
Electronics, Aeronautical, Aerospace Engineering or Aircraft Maintenance or any other) or
aircraft maintenance license.
• Minimum of 5 years- experience in the management of aircraft redelivery and technical record
review working for a lessor, airline or consultancy environment. Evidence of such experience to
be provided with the application.
• Strong technical knowledge on Airbus A320 Family and A330 types.
• Strong and updated legislation knowledge/requirements of commercial aircraft operation
under EASA.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Remote based role in either Europe or Asia
• Strong commercial and financial knowledge required
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Computer literate and proficient with MS Office products
• Experienced with Technical Management systems for inputting and managing aircraft records.
• Competent in project management to ensure timely completion of projects and management
of multiple resources.
