The International Finance Corporation (Ifc) has been Approached by the Government of Sri Lanka to Assist it with Divesting from Srilankan Airlines (Sla) (the “Project”). Ifc Seeks to Hire a Strategic Airline Consultancy Firm to Support Ifc with the Technical and Commercial Aspects Related to the Sell-Side Due Diligence and Transaction Implementation; Including (I) Sla Market-S Strategic Review; (Ii) Technical Due Diligence of the Company-S Assets and Strategic Positioning and Development Plans; (Iii) Elaboration of its Business Plan; (Iv) Assist with Transaction Structuring and (v) Assist with Execution of Transparent Tender Process.
