Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation W50S7G24Q0010 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05. The NAICS code is 532289 and the small business size standard is $12, 500, 000.00. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation.

CLIN 0001 - Airshow Tents and equipment: Complete work in accordance with this RFQ and the requirement description.

Items shall be received and set up by: Noon on Thursday 12 September 2024. Earliest it can be installed is at 10:00am on 11 September 2024.

Items Removal: The earliest the tents and equipment can be removed is 18:00 p.m. on 15 September 2024. The contractor shall remove all tents and equipment from the airfield no later than 10:00 a.m. on Monday, September 16, 2024.
