Pori Energia Oy (later also the Purchaser) is planning to supplement the existing industrial process steam production by purchasing and building a new electric steam boiler plant (later also the Electric Boiler) in their energy generation facility of Aittaluoto Power Plant. AFRY Finland is acting as a technical consultant on behalf and for the Pori Energia Oy who will be the contracting entity in this procurement. The Supply shall be consisting of the complete delivery of the functioning Electric Boiler comprising preliminarily: - Preliminary performance: Approximately 45 MW electric steam boiler having electric power supply of c. 10.5 kV, functioning at the pressure level of c. 20 barg and generating process steam through pressure reduction valve at the level of c. 15 barg - Project management, design and engineering - Manufacturing and assembly of all necessary auxiliary equipment with internal piping, valves, pumps, control and instrumentation, electrification and cabling - Packing and transport to foundation on site in Aittaluoto Power Plant - Erection and installation - Startup, commissioning and test-run - Necessary consumables and spare parts for commissioning - Documentation and O&M Manual and training - Possible Options: Electric superheater, zero-load capability, special tools and recommended Spare parts The Supply shall be compliant with Finnish law and stipulations by Finnish authorities.
