1. The Provincial Government of Aklan, through PA Capital Outlay CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 5, 500, 000.00) to payments under the contract for the Aklan Innovators Hub Fabrication Laboratory (Phase 2), ASU-CIT, Andagao, Kalibo, Province of Aklan with AKLAN BAC ITB No. 136 Series 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Aklan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required for One Hundred Eight (180) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
