The object of the acquisition is the device-independent alarm center system for home care used in Istekki Oy's service production (as an On-Premises solution for the Customer's computer room), which is software intended for receiving and processing security service alarms. Security alarms are received by the customerin a service center that utilizes the system under procurement. What is important is a unified, functionally reliable and data-secure alarm system, which can be used to provide a high-quality service to support living at home. It is hoped that the alarm system will be able to integrate with the necessary patients and customer information systems, home care enterprise control system and security device management systems.
Furthermore, security devices for home care that are independent of the alarm center will be acquired, which enable the security service customer to live safely in their own home, for example, with functional impairmentfor more.
On the basis of the contract concluded on the basis of this tender, Istekki can offer a home care alarm system as a service to its own customers. The goal of the procurement contract is to enable security service alerts from the solutions of different security device suppliers and thus enable securityfor sub-devices, a supplier-independent solution.
The customer chooses one (1) supplier with whom it will enter into an agreement.
