Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR

"Alerting Siren for Tsunami-prone coastal communties and arQ controller box"



1. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, through the GAA - 2025 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (₱ 2, 990, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for "Alerting Siren for Tsunami-prone coastal communties and arQ controller box" with the Purchase Request Number 520240905147-0-2. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.



2. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 120 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders).
