This standard specification invokes general requirements for conducting vessel repairsperformed by commercial contractors at a Coast Guard facility for Coast Guard vessels.2. REQUIREMENTS3.1 General. The Contractor must conform to all requirements specified in SFLC Std Spec 0000 and inthis item, as applicable, during the performance of this availability. The requirements of this WI apply toall work under the scope of this contract, whether explicitly stated in all following work items or not, andto all other work subsequently authorized by changes, modifications, or extensions to the contract.3.2 Hot Work. The cutter will be moored at a fuel pier. Hot Work onboard or onsite will not beauthorized. Any required hot work must be performed off-site and comply with the requirements of SFLCStd Spec 0740.3.3 Pier Limitations. The cutter will be moored at a fuel pier with weight limitations of 13, 000 pounds.The Contractor must advise the Contracting Officer (KO) and/or Contracting Officer-s Representative(COR) if they will exceed this limitation when performing vessel repairs.3.4 Materials. The Contractor must obtain all the materials required to complete this job with theexception of the Government-furnished Property shown in Paragraph 1.2 of Work Item 1.3.5 Period of Performance. The period of performance for this work is 10 April 2025 through 15 June2025.3.6 Location.
