Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. All documents, literature, catalogue, data sheet etc. must be submitted by the bidder with the technical offer in English Language.2. Bidder must be testing of supplied items in the inside of TSPCL.3. Price quotation should contain unit Pprice of Alum & Caustic Soda (Flakes)4. Bidder must be mention Brand & Country of origin.5. Caustic Soda : 50 Kg/25 Kg. Net in Polypropylene Bag with Manufacturers monogram and address contained inline polythene bag.6. Alum : Alum shall be supplied as per specification having standard combined Alumina content of 15.2% w/w. for any devition to higher side, by the buyer. However for deviation to lower side, 15.2% w/w shall be consider as datum. The supplier shall compensate the buyer as per-rate quantity of the product for deviation below 15.2% w/w. Alumina content. Supplied alum having Alumina content below 14.5% w/w Shall not be acceptable.7. Detailed as per TDS.
