The Government of the Republic of Senegal obtained from the African Development Fund (FAD) a loan in order to co -finance the multinational program for the strengthening of resilience to food and nutritional insecurity in the Sahel - Senegal component (P2RS Senegal). The program intends to use part of these funds to make payments for the market relating to the recruitment of proximity operators (OPP) responsible for the capacity building of beneficiaries of sub-project (management committees, groups of Producers, women's groups, individual beneficiaries) of the P2P2RS in 2 lots: lot1: recruitment of proximity operators (OPP) in the regions of Matam and Tambacounda (Bakel, Kanel and Matam) Lot2: Recruitment of proximity operators (OPP) in The Fatick region (Fatick and Foundiougne)
