SPECIFICATION OF ANNUAL MAINTENANCE OF FIRE ALARM, FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM, INERGEN SYSTEMS, FOAM SYSTEMS AND EMERGENCY/ExIT LIGHT SYSTEM @ AL QUOSE S/S BUILDING SCOPE OF WORK 1.#THE PARTIES SHOULD VISIT THE SITE, AND CHECK THE SYSTEMS, ASSES THE REQUIREMENT AND TO QUOTE LUMP SUM ACCORDINGLY. 2.#THE CONTRACTOR SHALL HAVE THE APPROVAL FROM DCD FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS. 3.#ALL EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE CALLS TO E ATTENDED WITHIN 24x7 ROUND THE CLOCK 365 DAYS. 4.#MINIMUM 4 FULL SERVICES (PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE) TO E CARRIED OUT QUARTERLY. 5.#THE SYSTEMS SHALL E MAINTAINED AS PER CIVIL DEFENSE REGULATIONS. 6.#IN CASE OF UN-SATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE THE LPO WILL E CANCELLED GIVING 15 DAYS# NOTICE.

STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS
1) Prices should be 'DDP' delivery duty paid at DEWA stores.
2) Quotation to be submitted only in local currency U.A.E Dirhams
3) DEWA Standard payment terms is '30 days credit' from the date of acceptance of material
4) No DEWA staff or his or her relatives up to third degree should have ownership or partnership in your company, and your participation in DEWA tenders / RFQs should not constitute a Conflict or perceived Conflict of Interest.
