Description : PURPOSE: To provide an annual preventive to 38 PCW air-con units
DESCRIPTION
Provision of quarterly air-con preventive maintenance to PCW which include the following:
1. Monthly, quarterly check-up, cleaning and doing preventive maintenance of evaporator, fan coil, lubricating and application of anti-rust inhibitor; checking of electrical controls; repainting with enamel of the tarnished parts.
2. Monitoring of operating pressure of refrigerant charging; monitoring of power supply and return air temperature; air handling unit filters; checking of controls and electrical parameters, condenser, evaporator and fan blades; arrangement of compressor, blower motor and air-con casing; draining of condenser, checking vibration, test run; and unit observation after work
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Requirements:
1. Inclusion of emerging “call-in” provision to do check-up such as loose connections of thermostat, capacitor, switch rework, or corrective work troubleshooting.
