Tax Exempt All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to roshaia.a.thomas.civ@us.navy.mil or Roberta.M.Nethercutt.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 18 April 2025 at 10:00 am Eastern Standard Time. Solicitation N0042125Q1088 is issued as an intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with The Boeing Company, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13. Offerors must be registered in SAM.GOV database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.SAM.gov. NO SUBSTITUTIONS All Products Must be New Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by than 18 April 2025 at 10:00 am Eastern Standard Time. All offers will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
