INDUSTRY DAY ANNOUNCEMENT
Naval Undersea Warfare Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT)
AN/SLQ-25E “NIxIE” Industry Day
Naval Undersea Warfare Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) will host an Industry Day on October 22, 2024, to provide interested parties with technical information and solicit feedback on the AN/SLQ-25E “NIxIE” requirements. This will be a competitive solicitation with a tentative projected award of June 2026. The incumbent is Ultra Electronics Ocean Systems Inc. (NAVSEA contract N00253-21-D-0002).
The Industry Day will be held at the CACI Suite at 300 M St. SE, Suite 100, Washington, DC 20003.
Interested attendees must pre-register by e-mail to Ronda M. Pelosi at: ronda.m.pelosi.civ@us.navy.mil. Please provide the individual-s name, company, CAGE code, phone, and e-mail address; there will be a registration maximum of two (2) attendees per CAGE code due to limited seating. Seating is limited to the first 50 participants who RSVP. The Government intends to publish a list of attendees to encourage subcontracting opportunities. Registrations will be accepted until 12:00 Noon (EST) on October 16, 2024.
Interested parties may submit questions, inquiries, or other communications prior to Industry Day, utilizing the attached questionnaire form, to Stacy Noble at stacy.e.noble.civ@us.navy.mil. The Government may answer questions at Industry Day, post answers on SAM.gov, or both. Questions may be submitted without registered attendance at the event.
The CACI Suite is located outside of secured gates, so Visit Requests are not required. However, a NAVSEA Badge, Common Access Card (CAC), military ID, or state driver-s license will be required at Registration. Check-In starts at 9:00am and the presentation will begin promptly at 10:00am.
