Description

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Office of Aerospace Medicine (AAM) Civil Aerospace Medical Institute (CAMI) Aerospace Medical research Division (AAM-600) has a follow requirement to establish a five (5) year base with four (4) renewable options Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) which orders can be placed for Anthropomorphic Test Devices (ATDs), Sensors, Spare Parts, Supplies/Ancillary Small Parts, Repair, Maintenance, Modification, Calibration and Training services and all related transportation/shipping and handling. The services and parts provided shall be those required to support the entire range of ATD models and associated instrumentation used to conduct AAM-630-s research outlined in the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW).

This notice is a Request for Information (RFI)/ and to Sources Sought announcement only and will be used for preliminary planning purposes and to identify competition is the marketplace. This announcement is not a Screening Information Request (SIR) or Solicitation for Offerors (SFO) and should not be construed as such. The FAA is seeking Capability Statements along with a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) (i.e. respondent general estimate (price lists) of the projects level of effort and cost where it can. Any costs associated with the response, or any follow up information requests are solely at the interested vendor's expense.

As such, the government is seeking interested parties with knowledge, capability and experience with the Federal Aviation Administration Software Security Assessment and ongoing Administration to meet the requirements outlined in the attached SOW. (ATDs, Sensors, Spare Parts, Supplies/Ancillary Small Parts, Repair, Maintenance, Modification, Calibration and Training services and all related transportation/shipping and handling.)
