Tenders are invited for Anti Rabies Serum Inj. 1, 000I.U./5ml ampules.

Rabies Antiserum BP 1000 IU/5mL
OR
Anti Rabies Serum USP 1000 IU/5mL Each 5mL
ampoule to contain 1000 IU of Rabies Antiserum BP or
Anti Rabies Serum USP
Note 1:
1. This Injection should be stable for a minimum of 24
months when stored within the temperature range of
2'C - 8'C. Do not freeze.
2. Cold chain monitors should be included for each
carton and cold chain should be maintained
according to the manufacturer's instructions during
storage, transport and delivery of item.
3. Each vial should be labelled accordingly.
Note 2:
The following documents should be submitted preshipment for each lot of serum despatched.
1. Summary protocols for production and quality
testing (Including protocols for immunization,
initial pool, final bulk and finished product ) based
on WHO model summary protocols.
2. Lot release certificate from National Control
Laboratory of manufacturing country for that
particular batch.
3. Certificate of analysis of finished product.
4. Certificate of analysis of diluents, if applicable.
5. The package information leaflet

Bid validity period : Bid should be valid till 29.12.2024.
Amount of Bid Bond : LKR 522, 363.00 Or USD 1, 729.00 to be submitted along with the Bid.
Bid Bond valid till 28.01.2025
Bid Evaluation Summary sheet should be submitted with the Bid (Please refer SPC website for more details)
