The Government of the Union of Comoros has received funding from the African Development Bank (BAD) below called the Bank to finance the project for supporting agricultural production in the Comoros and intended to Use part of this donation to make payments as a “acquisition and delivery of 250 tonnes of potato seeds”. For this market, the borrower will carry out payments by using the method of disbursement by direct payment, as defined in the banks of the bank applicable to disbursements within the framework of funding of investment projects, with the exception of payments for which the market stipulates that payment will be made by letter of credit.
