The Government of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) has received funding for loan and donation from the African Development Fund (hereinafter referred Congo and intends to use part of this loan and donation to make payments for the construction and asphalting market of the access route to the Road-Rail Kinshasa-Brazzaville, PK 0+000 ( Carrefour Mulele) at PK 6+800 (edge of the Congo River), including reservations for the passage for optical fiber and the development of a four -branched crossroads at the village of Maluku.
