The Open University of Cyprus, as the Contracting Authority, announces this tender with the aim of concluding a Framework Agreement, to meet its needs for the preparation and grading of candidate assessment tools/ability tests, for a period of thirty-six (36) months. The annual and total estimatevalue is indicative and will be configured accordingly, according to the needs of the Contracting Authority for the preparation and grading of candidate evaluation tools/ability tests based on the number of candidates. Starting from the date of commencement of execution of the Framework Agreement, it will be updatedannually the offered services and the corresponding prices in the table of the Financial Offer Form (Form 9) by conducting a mini-tendering by the Contracting Authority, before the end of each twelve-month period.
