This is an advance notice of a potential contract with anticipated security requirements to provide interested Design-Builders an opportunity to begin the sponsorship request process for potentially obtaining the required security clearance(s) that are anticipated. Note that there is no guarantee that this contract will proceed or that any security clearance(s) will be granted under the sponsorship process in a timely fashion or otherwise.Description of the Project and ServicesThis project will address infrastructure requirements for maintenance and storage of Armoured Combat Support Vehicles (ACSV). A potential location for ACSV infrastructure is at the 3rd Canadian Division Support Base (CDSB) Edmonton.The intended scope of this work for this project should the project proceed will include: The concept development, design, and new construction of a 4, 396m2 facility for Armoured Combat Support Vehicle, and Associated ancillary site works and utilities. The estimated Design-Builder and Construction cost is in the order of $30, 000, 000.It is anticipated that this solicitation will be initiated in fall of 2024.
