Purpose of this Advance Procurement Notice
This is not a bid solicitation. This is an advance notice of a potential contract with anticipated security requirements to provide interested Consultants and Contractors an opportunity to begin the sponsorship request process for potentially obtaining the required security clearance(s) that are anticipated. Note that there is no guarantee that this contract will proceed or that any security clearance(s) will be granted under the sponsorship process in a timely fashion or otherwise.
Description of the Project and Services
The Armoured Combat Support Vehicle (ACSV) project will deliver new armored combat support vehicles to the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF).
This project will address infrastructure requirements for maintenance and storage of ACSV vehicles. A potential location for ACSV infrastructure is at the 4th Canadian Division Support Base (CDSB) Petawawa.
The intended scope of this work for this project should the project proceed will include:The concept development, design, and new construction of a 5, 384m2 facility for Armoured Combat Support Vehicle, andAssociated ancillary site works and utilities.
The estimated Design-Builder and Construction cost is in the order of $40, 300, 000.
