For the following -Purchase Apollo Blast Simulation Software License



APOLLO Blastsimulator Software will allow for state-of-the-art simulations to simulate blast from one building to another to support our hazard mitigation packages for the project FY24 NISE-219 project "ARC Blast Analysis".



APOLLO blastsimulator is a CFD tool which is specialized in the simulation of high-dynamic flow problems. It covers various scopes of application such as gas dynamics, detonations and blast waves.



This action is be undertaken in accordance with FAR 13.106 (b) Soliciting from a single source, on the basis that the vendor is the only known source capable of meeting the government-s requirementsThe North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is

This Notice of Intent is not a request for quotes. Information received from interested parties will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
