Application management services in order to guarantee a good response to the following services:
a. 2nd and 3rd line Helpdesk services, with support, answering questions and providing clarifications by telephone and email address, to all users of applications with profiles ofadministration and all BPF resources assigned to the 1st line Helpdesk. The Service Desk must be available between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm, ensured by 3 resources with sufficient technical skills to solve problems, with a maximum response time of 4 hours between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm and, whenI walk outside this period, reply first thing on the next business day;
b. Corrective support
c. Evolutionary support of the SIG
d system. Preventive Maintenance
e. Carrying out unit and quality tests to ensure maximum quality in deliveries;
f. Process analysis and consulting servicesbusiness ones supported in applications
g. Project and team management.
