The project execution of the project of the Ministry of Public Works (execution body) requests closed offers from eligible bidders and responding to the qualifications required to provide, in the province of Ngounié (Department of Dola), the Following work, over a period of 24 months: asphalting of the Ndendé-Doussala section (49 km) and the border bridge, with its connection route of 2 km including reservations for optical fiber and environmental and social measures; rehabilitation 15 km of rural slopes related to the road; construction, equipment and commissioning of two stations one in Ndendé and the other in Owendo; construction, equipment and commissioning of a full weighing station in Doussala and construction of a parking and rest area.
