Tenders are invited for Appointing a Contractor to Construct, Complete And Maintain a Residential Villa in Baniyas for The Emirates Red Crescent Authority.
Payment of an amount of AED 2100 non refundable through erp system.
A primary insurance is to be attached with the tender in the form of an unconditional irrevocable bank guarantee issued in Arabic, from one of the banks operating in the country in the value of 5% of the tender value and it should be valid for 60 days from the date of closing. Quotations shall be considered valid for 90 days from the date the Tender envelope is opened.
