Purpose of the services: Appointment of an auditor / college* of auditors, registered in the register of the Institute of Company Auditors. This market is strictly reserved for company auditors, either individually or as an auditing firm. In the latter case, the consulting firmvision must designate a permanent representative with the status of reviewer who must, throughout the duration of the contract, monitor the execution of the contract with the contracting authority. *The bidder may submit an offer in the form of a college of reviewers (see award criterionNo. 2). In this case, it is specified that the college of auditors cannot validly be composed of two auditors belonging, directly or indirectly, to the same audit firm or to related entities. The college of revisers cannot be validly composed by an audit firm either.revision and one of its direct or indirect revising members. This requirement is sanctioned under penalty of nullity of the offer.
