This framework agreement will be concluded with a single economic operator under all conditions defined for a period of 48 months starting on September 1, 2024.

All terms are set out inthese specifications.
The contracts based on this framework agreement cannot under any circumstances lead to substantial modifications of these terms.
Each service will be carried out on the basis of the unit price per type of service given following this specifications and according to the estimation of needs.
These specifications concern an estimate translated into a presumed quantity. Under no circumstances is IDETA committed to the defined volume and the successful bidder undertakes to maintain its price regardless of the quantity to be supplied.
In this case, the framework agreement is therefore consideredsuch as a framework agreement with purchase orders or a "stock" market for which the volume described in these specifications and established by the contracting authority includes quantities of which the latter does not have absolute certainty that the extent complete can be delivered/orderedit being understood that this depends on the evolving needs of the contracting authority and the contingencies they must endure. Tenderers are therefore presently and explicitly informed that certain parties may not be solicited by the contracting authority and, where applicable, the adjudicator....
