Project Name : Construction of Multistoried Combined office Building at Gopalganj

Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer have to have-(A) The minimum number of years of general experience in the construction works shall be 05(Five years); years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.(B) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in similar nature works of at least 1(one) contract successfully completed in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05(five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 6.00 Lac (Taka Six Lac); years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.(C) The minimum average annual construction turnover of Tk. 10.00 Lac (Taka Ten Lac) in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment Certificates for Tenders in Progress or Completed under Public Sector during last Five years must be submitted along with tender; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.(D) The minimum amount of Liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of Tk. 8.00 Lac (Taka Eight Lac). In case of Line of Credit, certificates must be unconditional and specified for this work only submitted in the prescribed Form of CPTU from any scheduled bank.(E) The minimum tender capacity shall be of Tk. 7.00 Lac (Taka Seven Lac).(F) Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate.(G) All Other Certificate as mentioned in TDS and PCC of Tender documents must be fulfilled.
