Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure software license and maintenance for Arbortext, IsoView, and IsoDraw from Immix Technologies, Inc. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Governemnt intends to solicit and award with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106(b).
