THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Fax responses and non-electronic responses will NOT be accepted.All responses must be submitted on-line through the SWIFT Supplier Portal before the Event Due Date and Time.Late responses will not be accepted.PURPOSE. The purpose of this Contract is to provide archery equipment and accessories to State agencies and CPV members, on an as needed basis. Items ordered by the State Department of Natural Resources (DNR) under this contract will be distributed to State of Minnesota schools for the Archery in Schools Program.The Minnesota DNR Archery in the Schools Program introduces Minnesota students to archery by providing schools with the equipment, training, and curriculum. It is part of the National Archery in the Schools Program (NASP).Pricing must be submitted via excel document "Exhibit D - Price Schedule", attached to this solicitation. QUESTIONS.
