Request for proposals are invited for Architectural, Engineering and Construction Administration Services for the World Bank Group Office in Bangkok, Thailand
The World Bank Group will soon carry out a renovation of its office in Bangkok located at Siam Tower. In this connection, the World Bank will need professional architectural & engineering design as well as construction administration services, required to complete the project in its entirety. Eligible firm must have a minimum aggregate revenue /income while performing as architectural company of US$ 750, 000, equivalent to THB 26, 250, 000 per annum on average, for the past 3 years. Firm must have been in business at least five (5) years and has performed work during that time in the region, in and around Bangkok, Thailand. Firm has worked legally in Thailand in a professional capacity. The walkthrough of the site will take place on 24 May 2024.
