A brief description of the procurement: The purpose of the small procurement is to order an architectural sketch solution for the new ambulance base planned by Tartu Ambulance (contracting authority). The cadastral code of the property is 56701: 001: 1056, with a close address Lai 28b // Pärnu tn 53 // Tiigi Street 8. The size of the planned land is approx. 2500 square meters. The main building with two auxiliary buildings is planned for the area. The sketch must reflect the interior and external solutions of the buildings and the courtyard. The worker will transfer the copyright of the work to the Tartu ambulance upon hand over the work. Up to 3 sketch solutions are planned in the volume of the contract, from which the contracting authority selects the most appropriate.
