The Transaction Advisory Department (CTA) in Public Private Partnerships of the International Finance Corporation (IFC); the private sector arm of the World Bank Group; is assembling a team to support the Government of the State of Nuevo Leon (GoNL); Mexico; through the Secretariat of Mobility and Urban Planning (SMPU); to structure and implement the design; financing; construction; and maintenance of a mixed-use complex (residential and commercial); which aims to provide ~4;500 housing units; located in the Municipality of Monterrey. This selection seeks to inform prospective Architectural and Urban Conceptual Master Plan Consultants of an opportunity to support IFC in this Project.
