Framework sales agreement for the procurement of arcing coils and star point transformers in 2 parts in the quantity and quality detailed in the public procurement technical description, Kbt. Section 105. Paragraph (1) based on point a), within the framework of the framework agreement procedure

Part 1:

Medium voltage arcing coils

Framework sales agreement, the subject of which is the delivery or purchase of a total of 22 bending rolls under the scope of the framework agreement, with the fact that the frame quantity specified here is an estimated quantity, the exact numbers are the specific conditions for the fulfillment of the individual order(s)g, are determined in part 2 of the framework agreement procedure.

With regard to individual orders, the Bidder shall comply with Kbt. § 105, paragraph (1) point a) applies.

The part includes the following devices:

22 kV nominal voltage according to the relevant technical specification20 pcs.

-300 A rated current arcing coils, adjustable continuously by motor operation

Part 2:

Star-point forming transformers

Framework sales agreement, the subject of which is the delivery of a total of 28 star-point forming transformers, respectivelyprocurement under the scope of the framework agreement, with the fact that the framework quantity defined here is an estimated quantity, the exact quantities will be determined in part 2 of the framework agreement procedure, with the determination of the specific conditions for the fulfillment of the individual order(s).
