Additional financing information: The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (“EBRD”) is providing a sovereign loan of up to EUR 8 million to the Republic of Armenia for onlending to the City of Yerevan (the City) and the Yerevan landfill management company (the company), a special purpose vehicle wholly owned by the City.
