Request for Proposals (RFP) No. SFMTA-2024-35-LOC: As-Needed Ambassador Services The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA or Agency) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for qualified firms (Proposers) to provide outreach, customer education and information services, and serve as the SFMTA-s “Ambassadors” to the public during service impacts such as sports events, street fairs, parades, and other public events. The Ambassadors will also provide outreach services during crises such as transit agency shutdowns, direct the SFMTA-s customers to current or re-routed transit connections, and provide other transit information, as needed, in multiple languages. The SFMTA may award a contract to up to three Proposers that meet the Minimum Qualifications (see RFP Section III), the Local Business Enterprise (LBE) requirements, and obtain the up to three highest-ranking scores. Proposers must provide documentation that clearly demonstrate that each Minimum Qualification and each LBE requirement has been met. Any Proposal that does not meet the Minimum Qualifications and LBE requirements may be deemed non-responsive. The SFMTA encourages Proposers to attend a virtual Pre-Proposal Conference via Microsoft Teams on May 16, 2024, at 1:00 AM PT. Proposers may register for the Pre-Proposal Conference and submit questions following the instructions included in RFP Section VI.A. The SFMTA will address Proposers- questions and will provide any new or additional information concerning the RFP or selection process at the Pre-Proposal Conference. The RFP and associated documents are attached to this Sourcing Event. If you are interested in submitting a proposal, please follow the submission instructions provided in the RFP document. Bids will not be accepted through the City and County of San Francisco's Supplier Portal website.
