Tenders are invited to assess crisis measures to use the handling of 0king energy prices
Short Description: The goal of the project is to assess the Nordic countries' adaptation/planned implementation of instruments, which refer to the measures included in the proposal for the Council's regulation on emergency measures to meet high energy prices ”(EU, 14. September 2022). The study includes Finland, Norway, Denmark and Sweden. The assessments will include how market players and end users have reacted to "emergency measures" and interventions in the power market, and how these measures affect the Nordic power market. This includes other measures that result in reducing electricity consumption by 5% in pointed load situations as well as proposals for a roof over market revenue for the production of electricity from so -called "inframarginal technology" (such as wind, sun, geothermal energy, nuclear power, biomass, oil and oil and oil -related products, hydropower without reservoir, etc.).
