Request for proposals are invited for Assessment of D. Light Field Operations and Road Safety Management Systems.
a) Assessing of d.light field operations and road safety management systems. This will include a situational gap analysis indicating what is working well and what can be reviewed and improved, key considerations may include but not be limited;
· Reviewing field operations and road safety policies and procedures
· Reviewing road safety training
b) Training personnel on road safety
c) Creating a structured field operations and road safety management system around responsibilities, risk assessment, accident investigation procedure and performance monitoring.
