The Municipality of West Perth is seeking proposals from qualified proponents for developing an updated Asset Management Plan, following the format outlined in the Building Together: Guide for Municipal Asset Management Plans. This project must comply with all requirements of O.Reg. 588/17 and its amendments and align with the Municipality's approved Asset Management Policy. The selected consultant will provide services to initiate and manage the project, engage the public, and gather the necessary data to produce the updated Asset Management Plan. The updated AMP should encompass all municipal assets and evaluate the Municipality's risks, asset performance, lifecycle management, and financial strategy to maintain current service levels while incorporating proposed levels of service for all municipal assets. The main asset registry and asset management software used by the Municipality are PSD Citywide Asset Manager, ArcGIS, and Microsoft Excel.
