Description

The USGS is seeking the procurement of Atlassian Jira, and Confluence software. The Office of Communications and Publishing uses the COTS Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Manager products for day-to-day project management activities. The current version is called Server and these versions of all Atlassian products are no longer supported. To continue to use the software, OCAP needs to move to the Data Center versions of the products. OCAP relies heavily on these products for day-todayoperations and planning, working with developers, supporting customers, training content managers, and documenting products. The period of performance will be for one (1) year from date of award.The USGS is unable to award to any other source per OCIO Memorandum dated 09/09/2022. AllDepartment of the Interior (DOI) employees will be required to use the Bison Support System (BSS) forall Service Management (SM) ticketing starting FY26. Pending this FY26 BSS Migration, USGS cannotpurchase a new system that can provide ticketing and is required to maintain systems currently in place.Therefore, it intends to make an award to Atlassian Government at Carahsoft.
